address to create an online account. Click register and once your account is authorised you
can start ordering straight away. If you already have an account, sign in using your
username and password.
Please allow up to 48 working hours for your account to go live. Once you have filled in the
registration form you will be emailed your username and password to the email address you
provide.

Yes it is possible to have a favourites list.
You will be informed of any amendments to your order once you order is confirmed. If an item
is out of stock, a member of staff will get in touch to inform you before delivery
commences. If a suitable substitute is available, then this will be added to your order once
confirmed by you.

Yes, all of our products are delivered in multi-temperature controlled vehicles. Products
are categorised by Ambient (A) Chilled (C) Frozen (F) which will be displayed next to the
product code.
